I never met a cheesecake I didn’t like ! LOL
Now cottage cheese is another situation. I think if it as diet food because growing up whenever my mom went on a diet, she use to eat A LOT of cottage cheese with pears or peaches.
I enjoy making cheesecakes for my mother-in-law. I do not eat them as much as I used to.
The first time I had cottage cheese I assumed it was ice cream. My mother was making all those oh-this-is-so-delicious sounds O-o. Boy, was I ever surprised. But I’m a big girl now.

Good answers.
I don’t mind helping (love helping, actually) people who genuinely want help but I’m SO OVER the myriad excuses people give for not starting. Too cold, too hot, I’m too out of shape. Too out of shape??? How do you get in shape w/o getting started??? Promise I’ve heard that. You hit a nerve. Butter pecan reminds me of my grandparents. There was always some at their house. I don’t like nuts in my food. If it was butter ice cream, I’d eat it. My mom was way too put out that we chilled while Rah was off this week. LOL
If you could rename yourself, what would your new name be? I’m (still) struggling-ish w/taking my married name. I would pick a name people don’t ALWAYS misspell/mispronounce.
Did you prefer your teen years or your 21 and over years? Why? Teens were fun enough while they lasted but real living started over 21! I was way too angsty.
What non-family member has influenced your life and some of your choices? My favorite professors had the biggest influence.
Coffee or tea or juice? Water. Juice drains my energy. Don’t like tea. Coffee only occasionally. I like the smell more than the taste.
What does the color orange remind you of? Is that a good memory for you? Traffic cones. My least favorite color. Hands down.
How old is too old to ____________ ? Any age is too old to be unhappy with your life.
What is the one thing you keep promising yourself you will do that you have not done yet? There’s a long list of things. Most requiring money. Don’t be surprised by the flurry of activity when I get a job.
Do you prefer the mountains or the beach? Why? BEACH!! I’m a water baby. I get joy near the ocean.
What’s the last book you finished? Did you like it? Why? Angel of Harlem. It was delightful!
Who is your favorite female vocalist? Male vocalist? I guess I’ll go with Mariah Carey & 112 though I lean toward their older stuff. I don’t really listen to a lot of music.
What did you have for breakfast to start you this morning? Rice & peas & carrots. Sounds weird but twas yummy. I will eat almost anything any time of day though I don’t like a lot of sugar in the morning.
I want to help so she cannot say noone was there for her, but. . .
